Mc20 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

This document sets out the conditions governing the use of the mc20 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any services on this platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the mc20 platform at mc20.org, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are required to refrain from using this platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mc20 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use mc20's services. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this age requirement will be closed immediately.

2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the mc20 platform at any given time. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address. mc20 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

You are solely responsible for:

Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential.
Not sharing account details with any third party.
Notify mc20 immediately if there is any unauthorized access to your account.
All activity conducted through your account, whether carried out by you or not.

Mc20 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to safeguard their account information.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules

As an mc20 user, you agree to comply with all platform usage rules as set out. This platform may only be used for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or other technical means to access or manipulate the platform.
Taking any action that disrupts the normal operation of the platform or negatively affects other users' experience.
Using another person's account or impersonating another individual while using the platform.
Using funds derived from illegal activities for deposits or any transactions on the platform.
Spreading false or misleading information about the mc20 platform to third parties.

Mc20 reserves the right to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts, against any user found to be in violation of these rules.

4. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the mc20 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mc20 offers several approved payment methods for the convenience of local users, including online banking via FPX, e-wallets, and other methods listed on the platform.

Important provisions regarding transactions:

Deposits: Deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction is confirmed. mc20 is not responsible for any delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe. Daily withdrawal limits and minimum withdrawal amounts are as stated on the platform and are subject to the user's VIP tier.
Identity Verification: For withdrawals exceeding certain limits, mc20 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing the transaction.
Suspicious Transactions: mc20 reserves the right to withhold or investigate any transaction that appears suspicious or potentially in violation of platform rules.

All deposits and betting activity are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed, except in specific circumstances permitted under platform policy.

5. Liability Limits, Accounts, and Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mc20 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting activity. Users acknowledge that all betting activities carry inherent financial risks that must be borne personally.

Account Suspension and Closure

Mc20 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: breach of these terms, fraud or suspected fraud, failure to verify identity when requested, misuse of platform promotions or rewards, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Cash balances in accounts closed due to a breach may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mc20 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and brand names — is the exclusive property of mc20 or its respective licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, redistributing, or using any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mc20.

Third-Party Links

The mc20 platform may contain links to third-party websites. mc20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policy of each third-party website they visit.

6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

Mc20 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the current applicable conditions.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to stop using the platform and close your account by contacting the mc20 support team.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in Malaysia.
